Building upon the lunch session, we will take a deep dive into specific tools and techniques. After defining the four major types of difficult situations, participants will practice handling each of them in teams of three.

  • Gain tools to deal with each type
  • Practice multiple scenarios to enable learning for actual coaching situations
  • Share best practices from audience and presenter
