2017 Prism Retrospective: Creating a Coaching Culture
About ICF-NT and Prism
The International Coach Federation (ICF) seeks to advance the art, science and practice of professional coaching. The PRISM Award was created to recognize, celebrate, and learn from organization that have embraced coaching as an integral part of their leadership. This year we are honoring the legacy of the award rather than a specific organization.
This Year's Event Goals
Highlight Organizations committed to coaching and showcase how they have successfully integrated high impact coaching practices to drive performance.
Demonstrate the value organizations gain from successful partnerships with certified coaches.
Enable professional coaches, as well as business and non-profit professionals, to learn more about the best practices that are helping organizations achieve tangible business results through coaching.
