As we move into 2021, leaders with the skills to help organizations recover, adapt, learn, and grow are urgently needed. Join us to learn a proven three-prong approach grounded in skill sets related to resilience, empathy, and connection. These skills will help teams move forward together—whether they are remote or six feet apart.

This session is designed for anyone responsible for leading a team. We will explore these critical leadership skills and share helpful tools and tips needed to continue to grow as a confident leader in these uncertain times.

Program Outcomes:

Participants will learn:

  • Approaches that enable employees to be more resilient and drive higher performance
  • How leaders can create psychological safety and HR’s role in supporting those leaders
  • How to build connection with your employees, peers, managers, and customers while creating an environment that encourages community and support
  • Best practices from leaders who have grown from their experiences and helped change cultures and organizations.
