Dara Rossi, PhD, PCC – As a member of ICF North Texas for six years, Dara has joyfully served the chapter members in several roles including President-Elect, Director of Alliances, LINC Book Club facilitator, LINC Digital Marketing co-facilitator, and worked on the Membership team, all with the singular focus of elevating coaches and the profession. Dara is dedicated to supporting coaches in their professional growth through education, mentorship, meaningful connections, and expanding the coaching community's reach. Her focus lies in strengthening relationships within the ICF-North Texas chapter while broadening the understanding and impact of coaching throughout North Texas and beyond. Through her leadership, she aims to nurture a vibrant, inclusive community where coaches thrive, connect, and contribute to positive change.

teve Hendon, PCC – With more than 40 years of experience in sales, sales management, marketing, team building, and training, Steve Hendon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Over the past 17 years, he has honed his focus on coaching leaders and teams to elevate their performance and effectiveness. Steve is skilled in leveraging tools like DISC Behavior assessments as an affiliated expert with Target Training International and is also certified as a Stewart Leadership coach. A dedicated member of ICF-North Texas, Steve has served in key leadership roles, including Program Director, President-Elect, and President. He also leads the chapter’s Business Building LINC Group, sharing his insights to help others grow their practices. For Steve, ICF-North Texas is more than a professional community—it’s a place of connection, learning, and inspiration that continues to shape his own journey of growth and contribution.
