The Inclusive Coach: Advancing Belonging Through Core Competencies
Presented by: Nicholas Dillon, MS, MA, NCAD, LCDC, SAP, CEAP and Lisa Ong, PCC. CPA

Program Description:
As coaches, we have a unique role in fostering inclusive leadership and belonging. This interactive session will explore how the ICF’s Core Competencies align with ICF’s ongoing global commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). We will discuss key insights from the Global DEIB meeting, share strategies for embedding inclusion into our coaching practice, and examine how our work supports leaders in creating equitable and psychologically safe spaces. This session will focus on practical coaching applications, avoiding legal and political discourse while strengthening our impact as inclusive coaching professionals.
