January 12 Southeast Region Webinar
7 Critical Emotions to Lead with Confidence and Grow Your Influence
Reiner Lomb, PCC

12:00 – 1:30 PM CT
Webinar Cost: ICF Global Members – $10 / Non-ICF Global Members – $20

Reiner is the founder of BoomerangCoach, an executive coaching firm specializing in leadership and career development, innovation, and transformational change. Reiner’s mission is to mobilize and develop leaders to create a more sustainable and positive future for all. As an executive coach, he works with leaders and changemakers in a wide range of organizations, from start-ups and multinational companies to non-profits and local communities—all who aspire to create transformational change. Whether he’s working with corporate executives, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, or indigenous tribal leaders, Reiner’s clients appreciate his international business and cross-cultural leadership experience.
In this interactive session, Reiner weaves leadership lessons learned from living through the reunification of East and West Germany, as well as building multiple businesses to demystify the process for creating a vision of an aspirational new future. He then shows how to use the power of emotions to influence people to make that vision a reality. This session is the answer for anyone who has ever asked the questions, "What are the most essential emotion-based leadership competencies to create the change I aspire to, and how can I learn them without spending too much time?" Understanding and cultivating these emotions within yourself and others is essential to change your own behavior and influence behavioral change in others. Reiner will show the importance of each of the seven emotions based on powerful examples and share best practices to develop these emotions in yourself and others. Reiner has been coaching clients in these emotion-based leadership skills for many years with amazing results.
