ICF North Texas is more than a professional association, a community where coaches come to learn, connect, contribute, and grow. Our Mission, Vision, and Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging guide how we create that experience for every member and guest.

Mission Statement:

ICF North Texas exists to cultivate a thriving, inclusive coaching community by developing skilled, ethical coaches and connecting them with opportunities to grow, serve, and create meaningful impact.

Vision Statement:

To be the trusted home for a diverse coaching community in North Texas, where coaches grow, belong, and elevate the impact of coaching for individuals, organizations, and communities.

ICF North Texas, a Charter Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, shares ICF's vision to make coaching an integral part of a thriving society, and to make that happen, we must first ensure coaches have the ability and support to thrive in their own right. Each day we are working towards creating a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and just coaching profession for all professional coaches and clients worldwide.
