Steve Hendon is a seasoned professional with a forty plus-year journey in sales, sales management, marketing, team building, and training. With a BBA from West Texas State University and coach training from the International Coach Academy, he empowers individuals and teams, administering DISC Behavior assessments as an affiliated expert with Target Training International. He is also certified as a Stewart Leadership coach.
Beyond leadership roles, he facilitates the Business Building LINC Group, guiding others with his wealth of experience. For Steve, ICF-North Texas is more than a professional association; it's a source of fellowship, learning, support, and inspiration that fuels continuous growth.
Steve actively contributes to ICF-North Texas, having served as Program Director and President-Elect.
Staci Witten, PCC
Staci Witten is dedicated to fostering the professional growth of coaches, expanding their influence, and contributing to the community's well-being. With a background as the Director of Online Platforms (2019-2020) and active participation in various ICF-NT committees, she stands as a catalyst for positive change. Staci also leads the Digital Marketing LINC, exemplifying her commitment to innovation and advancement in the coaching realm.
Drawing upon 20 years of expertise in Human Resources and business ownership, she empowers clients to thrive in their careers and cultivate a passionate life by operating within their genius zones. Staci holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) from the Christian Coach Institute.
As Past President, Staci's primary focus is on nurturing the growth of chapter members while championing a broader understanding of coaching in our North Texas community.
Sue Shibley, ACC
Sue Shibley is a Certified Mindfulness and Wellness Coach with 18-plus years of experience, specializing in encouraging leaders to live true to their purpose and values, personally and professionally. Sue has lived in Canada, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and in the United Arab Emirates and worked with heads of government and all levels of corporations. She also has experience working in education, supporting school and community leaders, faculty, major donors, students, parents and grandparents. Having lived and worked with people with wide a variety of interests, backgrounds, and cultures, Sue has come to celebrate our similarities, honor our differences, and recognize our shared human experience. It was important to Sue to become a member of an internationally recognized coaching community so she joined ICF North Texas and achieved her ACC certification.
Rory Brannum, ACC
Rory Brannum is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). He has over 29 years of non-profit experience, including 5 years of field service in the Middle East and over 15 years at the board level.
Prior to becoming a coach, he owned a promotional marketing company for 12 years and was formerly the co-founder of a high-volume HIV specialty pharmacy in Los Angeles.
He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and his Wellness Coach training from the Mayo Clinic. He received his Life and Leadership Coach training from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute. In addition, he is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
Rory has been a member of ICF-North Texas since 2022 and has served on the Membership Committee since joining the chapter.
Mayme Doumbia, PCC,
Mayme Doumbia is an Executive Leadership and Team Coach and Facilitator with a strong background in industrial and organizational psychology.
She is the founder of Xcelsior Coaching & Consulting LLC, a firm specializing in leadership and team coaching, training, and consultancy services. Mayme's expertise lies in driving strategic change, nurturing organizational culture, and establishing psychological safety in the workplace.
With a military background that has instilled a deep commitment to service, Mayme currently serves as the President of Coaches of Color and Culture, where she actively contributes to the coaching community's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Her involvement in the International Coach Federation (ICF) spans several years, including her previous role as the Vice President of Equity, Outreach, and Belonging on the ICF Oregon board.
She continues to play an active role in the ICF-NT coaching community as a DEI committee member. Mayme's dedication revolves around bridging cultural gaps and creating enduring legacies.
Lisa Yarbough, PCC
Lisa Yarbough is a certified coach, writer, and founder of Epiphany Coaching, LLC. Before coaching, Lisa had an extensive marketing career leading marketing strategies and launching communications technology products and services for Fortune 500 companies. She brings over 20 years of this business experience along with her coaching expertise to guide her clients to their desired transformations.
Lisa holds a Master of Science in Management Degree with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. She earned a Bachelor’s in Business from Loyola University of Chicago, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas, Dallas.

Laurie Goetz is an executive and leadership coach and co-founder of Modern Professional Coaching, a boutique firm offering customized individual and group coaching programs for organizations. Laurie works with business leaders to strengthen their self-leadership and leadership in the essential relationships for their careers.
Cheryl Close, MCC
Cheryl Close is an executive leadership coach and trainer who develops executives from a variety of industries. She also works with entire leadership teams so that they can become cohesive and powerful regardless of the size of the team or industry. She has experience with leaders and teams in education, business, non-profit, government, and healthcare sectors. Cheryl has been active in the ICF-North Texas Ambassadors member outreach program and served on the chapter’s Membership committee. In addition, she, along with Jim Cooper, founded ICF’s ‘Learn, Interact, Network, Connect’ (LINC) special interest groups that continue to gain popularity.
Teresa Dabney
Teresa Dabney is the founder of Strive 4ward Coaching & Consulting. She provides life coaching for family caregivers and helps them find the balance they desire between caregiving, family, career, and personal life. A caregiver herself, she is all too aware of the challenges caregivers face to consistently care for themselves.
As the wife of a retired Air Force veteran, Teresa has led, taught, encouraged, and worked with women at military installations across the U.S. She has held corporate and non-profit leadership roles with local, regional, and international organizations. She is also the Co-Founder of Prayer Works! 365.
Teresa lends more than twenty years of servant leadership and non-profit experience to the members of ICF North Texas along with a commitment to operational excellence.
Nathan Swenson-Reinhold, PCC
Nathan Swenson-Reinhold is a seasoned leader and ordained pastor with 22 years of experience organizing, equipping, empowering, and deploying large organizations and communities. Through Summit Coaching and Behavioral Consulting and, as a partner, with GSB Fundraising he has the privilege of living his life’s mission of empowering and resourcing leaders who power organizations that transform the world.
Nathan holds a doctorate in leadership and cultural architecture from George Fox University in Portland, Oregon, has a professional coaching certification (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is a certified behavioral consultant through both PeopleKeys and Take Flight Learning.
Nathan and his wife Erin live in Frisco. They have two adult children – Sam and Ephraim and a teenager, Emma, who keeps her parents sorted out at home.
Nathan doesn’t have much spare time but when he does, he loves traveling with his family, sci-fi novels, anything related to the Yellowstone TV show franchise, and fly fishing.
Ben Dilla, PhD, ACC
Ben Dilla is an Executive Coach with Bold Leader Development (BLD LLC), and he works with accomplished technical professionals who want to enhance their leadership and influence skills for greater effectiveness in working with others.
Ben is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
He also serves as Director of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program and Affiliate Assistant Professor of Management in the Gupta College of Business at The University of Dallas.
Ben earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.
In 2021, Ben published his first book, Your Best Self at Work: Aligning Strengths, Emotional Intelligence, and Resilience, co-authored with Dr. Joel Bennett.
Ben has been a member of the ICF North Texas Chapter since 2017 and served for the past year as a member of the Alliances Committee.
