No, booking a speaker through our bureau is currently complimentary. Our goal is to increase the power of coaching and amplify diverse voices across communities and sectors.
We recommend submitting requests at least 4–6 weeks before your event. However, we understand that timing isn’t always ideal and will do our best to accommodate shorter notice when possible.

Yes. To ensure quality and alignment with our mission, speakers must be: ACC credentialed or actively pursuing ICF Credential (education hours completed) and will be paired with a credentialed coach Full ICF-NT members - Involved and engaged in the ICF-NT chapter - participate in monthly meetings within the last 12 months, OR participate in at least one of the chapter organizations below: - a committee, a LINC Group, Board of Directors Must attend one of the mandatory training sessions Must be willing to pair up with one other individual or experienced speaker for first time presenting
You won’t have to go it alone. All new speakers will receive onboarding guidance, have access to coaching around delivery, and be paired with a peer to co-present. Our goal is to support your growth while amplifying the power of coaching in the community.
Speakers will be matched based on their expressed interest, availability, and relevant industry experience or prior work with the requesting organization. Our goal is to provide opportunities to as many speakers as possible.
All engagements through the Speaker Bureau are currently volunteer-based. We believe in the power of service, visibility, and shared purpose, and we continue to advocate for increased opportunities and equitable compensation in the coaching field.
Yes! We welcome both experienced and emerging voices. First-time speakers will be paired with a co-presenter to help them feel prepared and supported throughout the process.
