Staci Witten, PCC, President

Staci Witten is committed to helping coaches grow in their profession, increase their reach, and serve our community. She has held roles as Director of Online Platforms, served on various ICF-NT committees, and facilitates the LINC Digital Marketing group. In her coaching, Staci provides value for career, leadership and business for professionals and organizations. She helps her clients have a thriving career and passionate life while working in their genius zones.   Staci has 20 years of experience in HR and business ownership. She has a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas and received her CPLC from Christian Coach Institute. As she serves on the ICF-NT  Board her focus is to help ICF-NT members grow as coaches and continue to bring more awareness about coaching in our community.


Steve Hendon, PCC, President-Elect

Steve Hendon is a veteran in the world of small business development, leadership development, and performance having spent over 40 years in sales, sales management, marketing, team building, and training. He specializes in executive coaching and working with leaders at all levels. Steve received his BBA from West Texas State University and coach training from the International Coach Academy. He is certified to administer the DISC Behavior assessments through his affiliation with Target Training International and is a certified Stewart Leadership coach. Steve has been the Director of Programs for the last three years and currently facilitates the Business Building LINC Group. Steve believes being active in the chapter provides fellowship, learning, and inspiration to keep growing professionally.

Elisabetta Mroski, ACC, Treasurer

As a former financial professional and certified executive coach, Elisabetta has always had a deep and authentic interest in recognizing and bringing out the best in friends, colleagues, and clients. After spending over 20 years in the corporate world both in the USA and abroad, Elisabetta decided to pursue her passion and started her own executive coaching firm, CoachAgility, LLC. Her clients benefit from the wealth of diverse, professional experiences that she brings to her practice. In addition to serving in senior finance and accounting roles for over 20 years in large corporations and international consulting firms, she began her professional career in her home country of Italy and transitioned mid-career to living and working in the United States. Elisabetta is an astute listener who is naturally curious, and she brings to her clients a perspective that is both inherently mindful of cultural differences while appreciative of the demands of being a high-performing professional regardless of geography or background. Elisabetta coaches in English and Italian.

Sue Shibley, ACC, Secretary

Sue Shibley is a Certified Mindfulness and Wellness Coach with 18-plus years of experience, specializing in encouraging leaders to live true to their purpose and values, personally and professionally. Sue has lived in Canada, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and in the United Arab Emirates and worked with heads of government and all levels of corporations. She also has experience working in education, supporting school and community leaders, faculty, major donors, students, parents and grandparents. Having lived and worked with people with wide a variety of interests, backgrounds, and cultures, Sue has come to celebrate our similarities, honor our differences, and recognize our shared human experience. It was important to Sue to become a member of an internationally recognized coaching community so she joined ICF North Texas and achieved her ACC certification.

Tim Kincaid, PCC, Past President

Tim Kincaid, EdD, PCC, has been a member of our chapter for many years. He has served on the chapter board of directors as President-Elect, Secretary, and Director of Membership. He served on the ICF-NT 25th Anniversary planning committee, on the Experience Coaching design team, and on the 2016 Prism Nomination/Selection Committee on the Programs Committee. Tim has attended numerous ICF Global and regional conferences. His company, Kincaid Associates Coaching & Consulting LLC, provides leadership coaching, training, and consulting for change management and strategic communications. Tim is also on the roster of coaches for coaching companies including Lee Hecht Harrison and Ezra, and works with UCLA-Anderson Business School, the Rice University Doerr Institute for New Leaders, and UNT. In related work, Tim also serves as president of the international Gay Coaches Alliance, teaches graduate and undergraduate level university courses, and is a contributor for Choice magazine of professional coaching. In addition, he has more than 25 years of corporate experience. Tim looks forward to helping ICF North Texas to provide ever greater value in professional development for chapter members and to expand the coaching profession’s positive visibility and impact throughout our community.


Dara Rossi, ACC, Director of Alliances

Dara Rossi, Ph.D. is a conflict specialist with a master’s degree in Dispute Resolution and she holds an MBA. In addition to her coaching and consulting work, she has an extensive education background working in higher education for 10 years, where she currently serves as an adjunct in educational leadership. She also leads the LINC Book Club. Dara is dedicated to creating an abundantly joyful world by helping others achieve significant and sustainable progress and share their greatest potential.


Lizette Warner,  PCC, Director of Communications

Lizette Warner, PhD PCC, has been a leader for Philips Healthcare managing Strategic Innovations in Oncology. Lizette founded Optimum Vobis to provide Leadership coaching and training to Healthcare Organizations and Professionals. An avid podcaster, Lizette is the host of the fastest-growing podcast, A PCC Coach Party, dedicated to celebrating credentialed coaches and sharing their insights and their coaching conversations with others. Lizette is grateful to work with ICF North Texas and lend her strategic skills to enrich chapter communications.

Cheryl Close, MCC, Director of Membership

Cheryl Close is an executive leadership coach and trainer who develops executives from a variety of industries. She also works with entire leadership teams so that they can become cohesive and powerful regardless of the size of the team or industry. She has experience with leaders and teams in education, business, non-profit, government, and healthcare sectors. Cheryl has been active in the ICF-North Texas Ambassadors member outreach program and served on the chapter’s Membership committee. In addition, she, along with Jim Cooper, founded ICF’s ‘Learn, Interact, Network, Connect’ (LINC) special interest groups that continue to gain popularity.

Teresa Dabney, Director of Online Platforms

Teresa Dabney is a certified Life Coach, the founder/CEO of Strive 4ward Coaching & Consulting, a John Maxwell certified coach, and Co-Leads Prayer Works! 365 ministry. With her husband serving in the military, over the years Teresa has led, taught, encouraged, and worked with women at military installations across the U.S. She has held corporate and non-profit leadership roles at local, regional, and international levels of multiple organizations. 

Sandra Knight, ACC, Director of Special Events

Sandi has been an executive coach, mentor, and trusted advisor for many executives across several industries, including manufacturing, retail, banking, engineering, and healthcare. Sandi has also served as a Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and has built true coaching cultures. She founded and leads Knight HR Consulting and Coaching in 2020 and now focuses on Executive Coaching and Mentoring emerging leaders, often in HR. Sandi directs events such as Celebrate Coaching to help all of us to extend our coaching influence with organizations throughout the DFW metroplex.
