Webinar Description:

Ever feel at a loss or stuck with a client who is overwhelmed or stressed about an important decision they are facing? Decision making is at the heart of the coaching process, yet clients often have trouble making decisions that are right for them. For a decision to be right, a person must take into account all of the available information, not just what’s in their head. By including the body in the process, decisions can be made that make sense to the mind and create a feeling of inner peace within the body and heart. When there is an alignment, the decisions become congruent and sustainable. This webinar will help you tap into the wisdom of your body, trust your intuition and be more present in order to enable you to be a guide for your clients to engage their whole selves in the coaching process for more self awareness and congruent decisions.

Webinar Outcomes:

In this webinar you will:

  • Experience a centering practice; a way of being in your own body and become more present and self-aware.

  • Learn the meaning of a somatic method called the Body-Centered Coaching Method, founded by Marlena Field. A method that combines mindfulness with the body's own intelligence for deeper and more effective coaching conversations.

  • Learn how the Body-Centered Coaching Method can be used in the decision making process to better assist your clients to make solid, and congruent decisions by taking into account all of their available information—not just what’s in their head.

  • Deepen your learning of a body-centered process for decision making through your own experience. A process that you will be able to start using directly with your clients for sustainable decisions.
