Here is what ICF Global said about Convene:
Convene is an organization that designs and services work, meeting and event spaces. By partnering with commercial landlords, Convene operates a network of hospitality-driven locations across the United States. Coaching is part of Convene’s employee benefit package and is woven into the organization’s leadership development programs. Thanks to coaching, the organization’s employee engagement and customer satisfaction ratings are both above 90 percent, employee turnover is far below the industry average, and an overwhelming majority of hiring is through employee referral. Nominating Coach: Sandi Mitchell, PCC.

Program Description:

Prism award finalist coach and client will talk about how they got on the global stage in Prague (oh, and affected the lives of hundreds of leaders and their teams in the process). You’ll learn what they did to build a world-class leadership program in this company that grew from 35 to 600 people in 6 years. You’ll hear how, with the Millennial executives’ direction, they implemented a coach-centric leadership program almost from the beginning and how they created a language that permeates every level of the organization, based on values.

Program Outcomes:

Participants will hear lessons learned along the way and why you should apply in 2020.
  • What makes a good coach/client relationship and how that can be vital in the Prism application process
  • Steps to applying for the Prism award
  • Why is the Prism award important to a client and a coach
  • What the global ICF Converge experience is like (and why you should go in 2020!)
