Leading Through Disruption and How to Create Organizational Resiliency

Our June 16 special evening virtual meeting and program is a joint venture with ATD Dallas and features Scott Brown, Global Director of Business Development with Gallup. He oversees teams of consultants across North America and Europe who manage the delivery of Gallup’s consulting solutions, which help organizations create exceptional workplaces. He and his teams help clients achieve improvements in human capital outcomes, employee engagement, hiring analytics, leadership and manager development and succession planning.

Prior to his current role, Scott was a Healthcare Senior Consultant and responsible for business development and management of Gallup’s client relationships with large healthcare systems across the United States. In this role, he worked with clients to align the right Gallup teams and solutions to overcome their organizational challenges, implement human capital strategies and drive positive outcomes.

Brown received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and master’s in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Program Description:

This presentation will focus on key themes Gallup is studying and learning about how leaders can help guide their organization through the current disruption we’re facing. Gallup will share how companies can create organizational resiliency through a focus on the needs of followers, strengths and effective management practices.

  • Gather key insights about remote working, burnout and wellbeing
  • Understand the influence of managers with regard to these challenges
  • Learn to apply strengths-based, engagement-focused performance management practices to address these challenges
