Getting Grounded in Research
presented by Sarah Eustice
Sarah Eustice is a communicator, researcher, and evaluator with over 15 years of experience in the fields of public health, education, and professional coaching. She has worked in an array of settings, including academic, government, and nonprofit institutions. Sarah currently serves as the Assistant Director of Academic Research at the International Coaching Federation.
Program Description:
Coaches frequently question how ICF undertakes research to determine coaching competencies and other useful aspects of our profession. Join Sarah for a discussion of the state-of-the-art research methodologies ICF uses, outcomes from recent studies, and research in progress. She will also provide tips on how you can carry out studies of your own.
