About this event

Success Habits in a World of Raplexity

presented by Valerie Sokolosky, PCC

Author of eight leadership books, Valerie Sokolosky was featured in The Wall Street Journal as having one of the first executive coaching practices in the nation. As a ICF PCC accredited coach and past board member, her niche is in working with leaders to ensure they ‘show up authentically—at work and in life. Her main message has always been “We focus on people skills—those soft skills that create the hard dollars!”

While maintaining her coaching and speaking engagements, Valerie’s international vlog cast, Doing it Right!, is now in its fourth year recognized as one of Apple’s Top 25 Business Podcasts. Guests are successful leaders who have consistently maintained integrity while building their careers. Each share how they did that, and their lessons learned. Coaches will especially find value in learning from their stories and experiences.

Workshop Description:

We’re living in a world of RAPLEXITY! That’s two words together! (You’ll explore what they are and what they mean in the workshop.) As coaches and leaders, we must capitalize on using our Coaching Core Competencies as we learn to conduct our business in ways that were simply not explored just a few short years ago.

Workshop Outcomes:

Participants will learn:

  • Staying ‘authentic’ is practiced through demonstrating ethical behaviors in new ways of work.
  • As you co-create relationships, you must first be clear on how effective your business is supporting best coaching outcomes.
  • Always keeping in mind that communication is key, what new work habits will you incorporate?
  • By considering different perspectives, your coaching processes will be investigated to bring to light to new ways of working
