Listening Circles about “Belonging” at ICF-North Texas

Your voice matters! ICF-North Texas is committed to making our chapter even more welcoming, and your input can make a real difference.

The chapter’s DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) committee will host five 60-minute Listening Circles via Zoom. Small groups of no more than 10 volunteer members will have the opportunity to speak freely in confidence about what ICF-NT can do to enhance feelings of Belonging, where members feel connected, comfortable, and can contribute. These facilitated discussions will explore what works well and what we can do to make ICF-NT even more welcoming.
