7 Secrets to Designing Unforgettable Coaching Programs
By Sherry Yellin, PhD, ACC, BCC

Our September 8 Luncheon Program features Sherry Yellin, PhD, ACC, BCC, owner of The Learning Connection, Inc. and the CEO of TRL Resources, Inc. For more than twenty years, Dr. Yellin has worked with leaders within a variety of industries, public and private, domestic and international. She combines her command of brain-based learning with her experience as a director, entrepreneur, and consultant to equip leaders to be extraordinary. She is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and the Center for Credentialing.

Program Description:

How do you design programs that truly gain outstanding results and have massive impact? How do you design programs that are unforgettable even when you do not have a background in training? How do you design and deliver programs that have pop and practicality? The answer to these questions lies in knowing how to apply seven principles of how the brain learns best.

One of the things I’ve noticed is that all coaches have a unique and powerful message to share. But, they often struggle designing programs that truly have the ‘wow’ factor. This presentation includes “before” and “after” examples to demonstrate how integrating these principles “flipped” a program from ordinary to extraordinary.

Whether your coaching program consists of presentations, workshops, webinars, retreats, or a combination of all, these seven brain-based principles will revolutionize the learner’s experience and equip you to design trainings that impress and impact.

Learning Objectives:

• Discover seven brain-based learning principles essential to high-impact programs
• Observe ways to apply seven brain-based learning principles to coaching programs
• Leave with tools in-hand to apply immediately
